About Us

Landworks Development Services began in 2002, as a full service architectural firm but also identify a need for project coordination and management between the owner, contractor, jurisdictions and consultants, towards a goal of successful project delivery.

From these beginnings, Landworks has grown into an office providing both architectural and project management services for a wide variety of project types. We have maintained our size as a small ‘boutique’ firm that can grow depending on the project type and has the ability to assemble the best team that fits our clients’ needs.

We are most involved with renovation and rehabilitation projects. This varies from land use assemblage and re-use to home remodels and room additions, to commercial seismic upgrades, and to tenant improvements and apartment renovations. Our experience extends to the design, construction and project management of new homes and housing developments, commercial and industrial buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, and more.
