Landworks was approached by the client to open up this small home in the Costa Mesa area. We came up with a solution that is very common in home remodels today – remove the wall between the kitchen and living room to create an open plan concept.  

Landworks was instrumental in the design, creation of the construction documents and coordinating with the local jurisdiction on obtaining permits.  Landworks also assisted in the selection of materials and finishes which included refacing of a fireplace in the living room and refinishing two bathrooms.
